How fast do you respond?
Your employee replies in the dashboard chat within minutes, day or night. Requests for our human team get an answer within one business day; anything marked urgent gets same-day attention.
How do I change a workflow?
Tell your employee in chat: "stop sending after 6pm," "cc me on every quote," "hold anything over $500 for approval." Changes to its written workflow take effect the same day, and you can see the updated version in the dashboard.
Billing questions?
Your plan, invoices, and payment method live under Billing in the dashboard. For anything the page does not answer - upgrades, credits, the 30-day guarantee - call the number above or ask your employee to flag it to our team.
What does the Chrome extension do?
It lets your employee work in your own browser, using the sessions you are already signed in to. It has no icon, no popup and no separate login: it acts only while the AskEleven app for Mac is open and you have turned on desktop access. Reading a page is automatic once you allow access; anything that changes something asks you first. Remove it at any time from chrome://extensions.
