Delete your account and data

AskEleven (our mobile and desktop app) and your dashboard share one account. Deleting it removes your data from both. Operated by Advanced Applied Science LLC; AskEleven is the new name of XIVG.

How to request deletion

Two ways, both yours:

• In the AskEleven app: open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account, and confirm with your password. Your account and its data are removed immediately.
• By email: write to [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we permanently remove:

• Your account profile: name, email address, and password
• All chat threads and messages between you and your AI Employees
• Files and photos you uploaded
• Login sessions and paired-device records

What we may retain

We retain billing and invoice records where the law requires it (tax records, typically up to seven years), and anonymized, non-identifying usage logs used to keep the service running. None of the retained data can identify you. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your request.
