How much of my time does it take?

You walk us through how the job works today, grant access to the agreed tools, review how the employee will operate and approve the launch. You do not need a finished workflow document. Our team does the build.

Do I have to approve everything?

You choose the actions that need approval when we design the workflow. Those actions wait for your decision in the AskEleven app. Routine work authorized in the agreed process can proceed automatically. We make those boundaries clear before launch.

What does the monthly service cover?

Our team operates and maintains the agreed employee after launch. That includes the AI and hosting, upkeep of the agreed workflows and connections, and the updates covered by your plan. When you want additional responsibilities, we confirm the scope and any price change before building.

What happens when our procedures change?

Tell us. Changes to existing work, like follow-up timing or an approval threshold, are included updates. A new responsibility is scoped with you first, and we agree the work and any price change before we start.

What do I get from the first call?

Your employee's blueprint, within one business day: a one-page map of the job as we would build it, with every step marked as software, AI or your approval, the tools it connects, where it hands back to your team, our estimate of the hours it takes off your plate each month, and which plan fits. It is yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.

What if it does not work out?

Every plan is month to month with no long-term contract. If you cancel within 30 days of your first monthly payment, we refund that month in full. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Full details are in our terms.
