Your monthly plan covers operating and maintaining that employee, including the AI, hosting, workflow upkeep and the updates agreed in your plan as your procedures or connected systems change.

Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. If you cancel within 30 days of your first monthly payment, we refund that month in full; the setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. AI usage for the work in your plan is included. Full details are in our terms.

The monthly service keeps the work you agreed running as your business changes. When you want the employee to take on additional responsibilities, we scope the work with you and confirm any change in price before building.
